We are excited to roll out two powerful features for sellers: versioning and product trials. These tools help you keep your products fresh, improve buyer trust and increase sales.

New features also move us forward on our 2025 roadmap, bringing us very close to completing the major upgrades planned for the Store. With versioning and trials now live, the final big milestone ahead is subscriptions.

Versioning - keep your products fresh and reduce negative feedback

You can now upload new versions of your products through a dedicated versioning flow. This lets you:

• upload updated .algo builds or plugin files
• add release notes that explain what has changed
• publish updates instantly to all existing buyers

Regular updates keep your products stable, relevant and trusted. If you do not upload new versions, your product can become outdated, leading to poor reviews, lower satisfaction and higher return rates.

Trials - let buyers experience your product before they decide

Trials are now available for paid products. A trial gives buyers limited, controlled access so they can understand the value of your bot, plugin or indicator before purchasing.

With trials you can:

• publish a trial when you create a product
• add a trial later to an existing listing
• update the trial when you update your main version
• choose the file and set limitations such as time or functionality

Trials help buyers make confident decisions, which leads to higher conversions and better long-term sales.

!!Please note that trials go through moderation. This ensures that every trial provides a safe and predictable experience for buyers and meets the Store’s quality standards.

Right now we do not restrict the type of limitations you can use. Your trial can be time-based, limited to specific symbols, backtesting-only, demo-only or any combination that makes sense for your product. You have full flexibility at this stage.

Our trial flow is still in progress and will continue to evolve. We will soon add more materials, examples and best practices to the Help Centre, so stay tuned for upcoming updates.

Important: upload new versions of your bots before 10 January

To ensure buyers receive stable and well-maintained products, we will begin blocking old versions of bots that have not been updated since 1 July 2025.

• this rule applies to bots only
• indicators and plugins are not affected
• outdated versions will be blocked on10 January 2026

Uploading a fresh version helps your product stay visible and competitive. It also prevents negative feedback caused by old builds that no longer behave as expected.
