✅ Sellers Update: Automatic Withdrawals Are Live — and the Minimum Is Now $50!

This update introduces a faster and simpler withdrawal process for cTrader Store sellers, with a reduced $50 minimum, clear payout timelines, and step-by-step instructions on how to request your funds.

Disclaimer: New functions are currently available for new seller accounts. For existing accounts, this feature will be rolled out gradually and should be available within a week.

We’re excited to announce two big updates for Sellers that make getting paid on the cTrader Store easier than ever:

🔄 Automatic withdrawals

No more complicated payout process — withdrawing your earnings is now faster and simpler.
Go to the Finances section of your account, open the Withdrawal window, and first add a valid payout card (Visa or Mastercard) to your Account details.
For future withdrawals, you can simply select your saved payment method or add a new one by clicking the Visa/Mastercard icons.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw, then click Withdraw.

💵 New minimum withdrawal amount: $50

We’ve reduced the minimum withdrawal amount for Sellers from $500 to $50 — so you can access your earnings much faster.

⏳ Funds available after 14 days

Payouts are available 14 days after the original purchase, in line with the buyer refund policy. This ensures fair protection for both sellers and traders.

📆 Weekly payout schedule

Withdrawals are processed once a week. Once your request is submitted, the funds will be transferred to your card during the next payout cycle. You’ll be notified once the funds are transferred to your card. You can view, cancel, or track your withdrawal status in your account at any time.
