Rewards are granted exclusively for verified reviews submitted by users who have launched the relevant product through a demo or live cTrader account. Spotware Systems Ltd (“Spotware”) reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a review meets the verification criteria.
All submitted reviews are subject to moderation. Spotware may reject, edit, or remove any review without notice if it is found to be misleading, promotional, offensive, or non-compliant with community standards or applicable terms.
Bonus credits earned through this Program are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may be applied only toward eligible future purchases on the cTrader Store, subject to a maximum of 30% per transaction. Bonus credits must be used before their expiry date (December 31, 2025), after which they will be forfeited.
Spotware may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
Reviews reflect individual users’ personal opinions and do not represent the views of Spotware. The inclusion of a product in the cTrader Store does not imply endorsement, warranty, or guarantee by Spotware.
Spotware shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the Program, the use of credits, or reliance on product reviews.

Head over to your cTrader Store profile, pick the products you've tried, and start reviewing. The more you've explored, the more you can earn.
📝 How to leave a review
- Log in to your cTrader account
Go to ctrader.com, click your profile icon in the top-right corner, and log in. - Open the “Finance” section
From your account menu, choose Finance → All purchases to see the full list of products you've downloaded or bought (both free and paid). - Find the product you want to review
In the list, locate the product — paid or free — that you've used.
Click the three dots (⋯) on the right side of the row, then select “View product”. - Leave your review
Scroll down to the Reviews section and click “Write a Review”. - Submit your feedback
Share your experience: what worked well, what could be improved, and how the product helped your trading.
Then click Send. - Wait for moderation
Your review will go through a short moderation process. Once approved, you'll get a notification and your reward will be credited to your account.
