🏅WebView Hackathon 2025: Meet the Winning Plugins and What They Bring to Traders
Our first WebView Plugins Hackathon is complete! 🎉 With more than 300 participants, over 10 finalists, and 3 winners, this event marks the beginning of a new era for plugins in cTrader.
WebView plugins make it faster and easier to create tools inside cTrader — from trading assistants to dashboards and signal services. Unlike traditional plugins, they are lightweight, cross-platform, and will soon be available to all cTrader users on web, desktop, and mobile.

🏆 Hackathon Winners and Prizes
The jury selected three plugins that best demonstrated how WebView plugins can deliver value to traders.

About the team: Trading4Pro is a professional trading group that runs trading4pro.com. Their team of analysts publishes 40+ daily signals based on trending setups and popular chart patterns. Thousands of traders already follow their insights.
About the plugin:
The Trading Room plugin brings these signals directly into cTrader. Each idea is shown on a live chart, with full context. The standout feature: traders can open orders directly from the signal with one tap — no copy-pasting, no delays.
It’s a seamless way to transform professional analysis into execution, inside the terminal.
Iridio Dashboard (by Iridio Capital) — 🥈 2nd Place
About the team: Iridio Capital is an established seller on cTrader Store, with products like Iridio Risk Manager and Iridio Performance Analyzer. They focus on giving traders professional-grade risk and performance tools.
About the plugin:
The Iridio Dashboard plugin pulls historical data for each symbol and runs an express analysis inside cTrader. Traders can instantly see Profit Factor, Sharpe Ratio, Sortino, win rate, holding periods, and more. It also breaks results down by sessions (London, NY, Asia) and runs Monte Carlo simulations to stress-test strategies.
This makes it a powerful in-terminal risk and performance lab, helping traders improve strategies without leaving the platform.
AI Financial Assistant (by Denys M.) — 🥉 3rd Place
About the author: Denys M. is a trader and researcher passionate about applied market forecasting across equities, forex, commodities, and crypto. He combines technical, candlestick, fundamental, wave, and order book analysis. His foundation is fundamental analysis, supported by programming and automation for testing and validating trading patterns.
About the plugin:
The AI Financial Assistant plugin shows how AI can support real-time trading. It summarizes global economic events, explains their impact in plain words, and allows traders to act instantly. Orders can be placed directly from the assistant’s recommendations.
It’s a simple, effective way to turn news into trades in seconds.
Plan-to-Trade Copilot (by Aleksandr Filippov) — Honorable Mention
About the author: Aleksandr Filippov is an AI Product Manager at Spotware Systems in Limassol, with a strong background in Python and applied AI. He focuses on practical AI tools for traders and is hands-on in building prototypes and experiments. More about him: alexfeel.info.
About the plugin:
The copilot transforms plain text trade ideas into risk-managed execution plans. For example:
“Short EURUSD if it breaks 1.0850, stop at 1.0870, target 1.0800, risk 1%” → instantly becomes a complete plan with position size, risk %, reward ratio, and break-even probability.
It bridges the gap between trader intuition and professional discipline, powered by AI.
Trader AI (by Razieh & Davoud Sarani) — Honorable Mention
About the team:
- Razieh Sarani — Ph.D. student at the University of Würzburg, focused on lithium-ion batteries and clean energy. She also trades crypto and develops data-driven strategies.
- Davoud Sarani — M.Tech. in IT Engineering, expert in machine learning for finance, and developer of AI-based financial systems.
Together, they founded TraderAi.Forex, a hub for algorithmic trading and reinforcement learning. They are also sellers on cTrader Store with AI-based strategies.
About the plugin:
For the hackathon, they built a WebView version of their Prompt Trading System. Traders can describe strategies in plain text, and AI agents (powered by LLMs) execute them. The system supports both simple and complex strategies — no coding required.
This makes algorithmic trading more accessible and flexible than ever.

This hackathon is just the start. The new WebView Plugin category will be released soon, and every cTrader user will be able to try these tools across all platforms.
