cTrader Store: Our First Tournament with Tournoro Is Underway
cTrader Store has launched its first experimental trading tournament together with Tournoro, bringing Store buyers and sellers into one live competition.
The first cTrader Store Champion Tournament, created together with Tournoro, is now underway — and the competition is already getting interesting.
This is our first experimental tournament for the cTrader Store community: Store customers and sellers, and also our first tournament initiative launched in partnership with Tournoro.
The idea behind the experiment is simple: combine the cTrader Store ecosystem with Tournoro’s tournament experience and give our community a new way to compete, test trading approaches and put Store products into action.
Participants can trade manually or use cBots, indicators and plugins, making the tournament not only a competition between traders, but also a practical showcase for the tools available through the cTrader Store.
A new experiment for the cTrader Store community
For this first tournament, cTrader and Tournoro are testing a format built specifically around the Store ecosystem.
Every participant starts with a $50,000 demo balance, with the ranking based on account equity at the end of the competition.
The tournament brings several parts of the ecosystem together:
- Store buyers can compete using the tools and setups they already use.
- Store sellers can participate with their own products and trading approaches.
- Tournoro provides the tournament environment where participants can follow the competition, leaderboard and performance.
- cTrader Store connects the competition directly with the marketplace and rewards winners with Store balance.
For us, the tournament is also an opportunity to understand how this kind of competitive format can work for the cTrader community and what we could develop further together with our partners.
The first results are already in
As of Friday, 48 traders have joined the tournament.
The current leader, Simon N., has already grown the starting $50,000 balance to more than $86,000, while several other participants are above the $60,000–$70,000 mark.
The Tournoro tournament interface also lets participants follow not only the leaderboard, but individual equity curves, positions and open P&L.

That makes the experiment more interesting than a simple final ranking: throughout the tournament, the community can see how different trading approaches perform under the same starting conditions.
There is still time to join
The tournament ends on 14 September, but registration stays open until 13 September.
So the competition is not over yet.
Eligible cTrader Store customers can still join, while eligible Store sellers can participate under the special seller conditions.
And the weekend could still change the leaderboard: Bitcoin remains available for trading, giving participants another opportunity to improve their position before the final day.

Who will become the first cTrader Store Champion?
We will find out on Monday.
The top three traders will receive $300, $200 and $100 in cTrader Store balance.
But for cTrader and Tournoro, this tournament is also about testing something bigger: whether tournaments can become another way to connect Store buyers, sellers, trading products and the wider cTrader community.
This is our first experiment together, and the results will help us understand where we can take the format next.
There is still time to join the cTrader Store Champion Tournament and compete for a place on the podium.
